My Expedition started to shake at speeds over 70 MPH. I didnt want to take it to Ford because it takes them 3 days to even look at a vehicle and I am driving to Sedona in 2 days. Not only did they have my alignment fixed within an hour, but they noticed I had 2 tire sensors out and asked me about it... I explained that I knew they were faulty but Ford wanted to charge me $500 to replace them and I didn't think it was worth the expense. Well they replaced them both for well under $100!! Horrible, I would never take a dually here again. I told them a specific way I wanted my tires rotated and they couldn't even do that right.
Absolutely outstanding service from this tire shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing even while being extremely busy. The facility itself was spotless and very well organized, which says a lot about how they run their business. What really impressed me was how far they went to help me out.
