Alot of these mobile homes are shabby and not kept up. Lot # 31 is a dump.
For one thing the company who owns the park has jacked up rental prices a couple times a year. It's ridiculous how much it costs to there, especially when they do the bare minimum to improve the park. Not only that, I've been trying for weeks to talk to the manager about an issue, and have never received a call back. I've left several messages, there's no way they could have not received them. Plus, I can NOT find any other numbers to call so I can speak to someone. The office is rarely open also!
I had a friend refer me here. I called and spoke to someone. She seemed nice and answered some questions. We set up a meeting which was cancelled three times. Not a big deal. I gave her about a week and then called again. She acted like she never spoke to me and said there was no availability. Previously she said that she had a few different options available but now suddenly there is absolutely nothing.. 🤔
