Cliff! Was awesome! He was so patient, he explained everything that was wrong. He was very patient and professional. I felt confident in making all the necessary decisions to move forward with a replacement.
They arrived when they said they would. They were thorough in their inspection of our issue. They discovered that our product was under warranty, saving us hundreds. They were polite, courteous, and clean. I’ll be back for all of my HVAC work.
Cliff came to our house and did a very thorough analysis of what was wrong with our whole house air exchanger. He explained what was wrong and how he would fix it. He did exactly what he said he would do. He inspected the rest of the air exchanger system while he was here. The whole house air exchanger is working fine. Cliff is a very personable, polite, professional man. He answered all of our questions. Hopefully he gets a pay raise soon.
