I have had a horrible experience with this company. I order a Halloween costume and they sent me and charged me for two of the same costume. I have tried emailing, calling and sending messages via Facebook and have received no responses or support. Still waiting to be refunded for the duplicate order I did not place. The service is terrible.

I have placed an order 10 days ago, on 06/10/2017. After contacting For Play Catalog Customer service on the phone and by mail, I have not still being able to reach an agreement. I cannot get anyone on the phone anymore and not via e-mail either. The phone goes to voice and no reply via e-mail. This is a very bad company to do business with. There is a good reason Forplay Catalog is not BBB accredited. . Everything about this place is a scam from the website, the customer service, the nearly a month a shipping time and the lack of empathy from the manager, Lillian. They will lose a lot of business for their bad practice and I will continue to post on social media and on other outlets to save other customers from being disappointed. What a let down.
