Truly the worst furniture buying experience I’ve ever had. I was very excited to find what seemed to be a perfect bed. However, there were issues at every step of the process and I am still unable to sleep in the bed that I ordered in late October as of mid February. The issues: 1) There were multiple delays in shipping. 2) White glove delivery ($290), apparently “doesn’t include stairs,” which is not made clear anywhere on Forom’s website. Customer service is top notch. Very responsive and very keen to resolve any issues I had. Will purchase from them again in the future simply based on how helpful they are.
