I ordered heating oil delivery on 1/3, credit card charged and delivery date confirmed for 1/7. When I try to confirm their delivery on 1/7, the owner told me they have rescheduled my delivery to 1/8. He said they got delayed yesterday and their truck is not coming to my area today. I told him I have been waiting for the delivery for 4 days and my oil level is running very low since it has been very cold recently, constantly going to low 20F.
