Dr. Al-Obaidi is knowledgeable, professional and kind. THIS REVIEW IS BASED SOLELY OFF OF THE HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCES WE’VE HAD WITH TAMEKA. She is outright unprofessional, rude and a racist. If you read my previous review I will not retract it because that’s how I felt that day. I do my easily react because I believe in fair play. Operative word here is “fair”. I have been going to this practice since 2012. I think they have changed ownership or their method of practice, staffing and customer service. RecommendedI saw Dr. Parker this week, and he was just amazing! He was SO nice, and he genuinely cares. I was very impressed with him! I’m happy to find a dentist that really like, and trust!
This place is great! I came in with a horrible tooth ache and infection. The front desk lady was very helpful and got me an appointment within 2 hours of my phone call. I was really worried about the price and everything was broken down for me so that I could understand what needed to be done. They set me up with a payment plan and I couldnt be happier. My husband who has major anxiety when it comes to doctors and dentists was forced to have oral surgery on 3 teeth. The entire staff from front office to surgeon were absolutely amazing and caring with him! Also, our granddaughter has required much orthodontic care and our grandson a root canal. I highly recommend this incredible and professional group for any age and type of dentistry or orthodontics.
My husband had to get 2 crowns. The office worked him and completed the permanent crowns the same day. All the staff from he front to the back were great! Thank you Alicia, Dr Parker and Martha.
I can not rave enough about The Modern Dentistry and their care for each patient .. my 14 year had a horrible experience 7 years and was terrified of the dentist. The staff took the time to make her feel comfortable and built her trust. My daughter now completely trust the doctor and is finally getting her much needed braces. I am beyond thankful to have such wonderful staff and made my daughter happy.
I am a nurse, so I am pretty particular with my medical needs. A few years ago a had a horrible dental experience (with another dental office in Rockwall) which left me very anxious when the time came to schedule an appointment.
