Tobey Forney was very thorough and took her time to explain all of our estate planning options. Through the course of her guidance, she brings up a number of things that aren't intuitive or obvious when it comes to planning what happens in the case of your death. The end product and service that we received went well beyond a basic will. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.

Working with Tobey Forney on designing and executing our trust was an excellent investment. Tobey Forney did a great job updating our estate plan. She reviewed the 20 year old family trust we had established when our kids were young and moved us into a streamlined plan that reflects the current laws and will be much simpler to implement. We can sleep easy at night knowing that this is in place. Tobey also hosts seminars periodically on topics related to estate planning and is very personable and easy to work with.
