Incredibly rude front desk staff. Zero professionalism or timeliness. We made an appointment for 12:30, and after over half an hour in the lobby, we asked about how much longer our wait would be, they said they had “no idea” when we would be seen, that one person was still being seen and another person still ahead of us. I said it would have been nice to know there would be such a wait at our check in, as we had other commitments. They said the lateness was not their fault and they can’t control it.
