Absolutely stellar property management. Very professional. On top of issues: thoughtful about maintenance, new rentals, tenant communications. We have been clients of Forness Properties for many years and are extremely pleased with their services. Great team of people.
WARNING! Don’t list your property with this company. They will not represent you properly or return potential client phone calls leaving your listing sitting there vacant and costing you money. 2022 and giving my the agent Monte’s cell phone for quicker efficient contact isn’t allowed. Racism at it’s best wasn’t enthusiastic about providing information. Default to background checks and credit check without an application! For the record if you’re going to conduct a process of elimination; therefore, know your audience! The green federal reserve note doesn’t acknowledge color. Thanks for disrespecting a Veteran who has served this country but also a potential client!
