Une expérience vraiment agréable chez Formule Subaru Rimouski! Le propriétaire, Jean-Michel Simard, prend le temps de s’assurer que chaque client se sente respecté et bien conseillé. On sent qu’il tient à offrir un service humain, transparent et sans pression. Ça fait toute la différence d’avoir un propriétaire aussi impliqué — je recommande fortement cette concession!

J'y suis aller pour un changement d'huile. J'avais mon chien avec moi. Je demande s'il y a une place a l'ombre dehors pour m'installer. Le jeune homme au service, m'a dit que je pouvais attendre avec mon chien dans la salle d'attente. Un gros + pour moi, qui ne devait pas avoir mon chien avec moi a la base. Elle a bien aimer les caresses des employés. Et moi l'excellent service.
