I love Formula3. I didn't think it was possible to lose weight, gain strengths and flexibility all at the same time. Benji, Tatiana, Lindsay, Sue are all great trainers. Their program adopts a well-rounded approach that pushes you to challenge yourself with ease.
I joined Formula3 in April 2021, and I am HOOKED. If you are looking for variety and a challenge all under 1 roof, this is the place! If you are unsure, they have a limited time promotion of virtual classes for only $20 a month, which is great if you don't want to pay a hefty commitment price initially like other places!
