Where to start! I have sat on this review for 6 months to ensure it was fair and without emotion. Absolutely horrendous experience. Bought my Honda ZRV. All started well. Had the first of its model on the road in SA. Great to deal with when purchasing. 6 months down the track diagnosed with faulty steering rack. Okay devastated at this point. No apology. Today I purchased a used vehicle from this used car dealership, the buying experience was smooth and the staff were fully transparent. Before I made the purchase I was offered to test drive a few cars before making my choice.
