Disappointed with Honda Service Modbury – Poor accountability Dropped my car off in the morning for servicing. When I collected it later that day, I noticed damage to the windscreen that clearly wasn’t there before. I raised the issue immediately, only to be told by a very senior service manager that they’re not responsible for any damage that occurs on their premises unless their staff reports it. Pathetic service department. Taken the car to get the multimedia system checked as the Apple CarPlay and Bluetooth devices kept on dropping off. As per the department they wanted me to use a Foodland grocery cable instead of an Apple and a branded cable for this application and also charge for testing this inspite of car being in warranty . Never going there again.

Where to start! I have sat on this review for 6 months to ensure it was fair and without emotion. Absolutely horrendous experience. Bought my Honda ZRV. All started well. Had the first of its model on the road in SA. Great to deal with when purchasing. 6 months down the track diagnosed with faulty steering rack. Okay devastated at this point. No apology.
