I brought my 2020 HRV back recently to fix a rear passenger electric windows as it gets stuck one of the service staff came back and said it can not be fix instead the electric motor needs to be replaced for a whooping $345 dollars and of course they will still charge you for the amount of time they were looking at it without doing anything. I bought a Honda CRV station wagon in June last year. This year January there was a recall. I booked it for this morning Thursday 16/01/25. When I drove in to drop it for the recall I was met by someone Asian I would say who served me. I told him that I need to go to work and I have arranged for a loan car so I can go to work but he said I’ll have a look and he looked at me and said there’s no loan car.
