My task was to simply return the rental we used through Formula 1 since our car was in an accident. Unfortunately our vehicle was not repairable which was disappointing since the vehicle itself had much sentimental value to our family. Brought my husband‘s truck in for an appraisal to do a buff out and the owner came over to see us and said they could do it right now while we wait. We were then taken for a tour of the facility. Absolutely the best customer service
After being rear-ended in my 6-month-old Audi SQ5, my dealership recommended using only an Audi Authorized body shop, and in Windsor, that’s Formula First Collision. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team guided me through the process, answered all my questions, and even brought my car to the Audi dealership for re-calibration after repairs, something I doubt a non-authorized shop would do. Guys had my Tesla for almost 6 months completely ruined it. All types of error codes since they had it in the shop , stopped on me multiple times. They refuse to cover the warranty Becusse I took it to a Tesla dealership in London. Cj leahy is wet behind the ears, took him months to try to figure out what was wrong with my car before he had to call a technician from Toronto to come look at it .
