My mum and I had the most amazing facial with Sonia! She made us feel so welcome and relaxed. She was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, taking great care throughout the treatments. Our skin felt so refreshed, soft and was absolutely glowing afterwards. We both left feeling pampered and couldn’t stop admiring how healthy and radiant our skin looked - we would highly recommend!
They're all so great here. I've been a member for the last year or so, I get a facial once (sometime twice) a month. I've tried their nanoneedling too which resurfaced a lot so I didn't love it, but my skin was glowing initially afterward. Their all in facial is the best for me personally. All the staff is really great too, I go with whoever is there cause they're all really well trained and good at what they do. Definitely recommend this place! I've been coming here for a while and recently renewed my membership. I'd say one out of every three visits has a bad aesthetician, which is unfortunate. My last visit was excellent but today it felt like I paid $100 for someone to wash my face for me. From now on, I'll be calling to book in so I can request specific aestheticians because today felt like a total waste of time and money 👎🏽
My mom and I loved our hydrate & glow facials! Sumen and Amy were so kind and great at what they do. Beautiful space as well! Will definitely be back :)
I visited Formula Fig Mount Pleasant for the first time and received the promotional all-in facial. I cannot fault the facial itself or the facialist, however, if anyone is looking for a relaxing experience, this is not the place to go. I was booked into Pod 1, which is directly in front of reception. Throughout the entire facial, there were constantly people talking outside the curtain.
