I had the most stressful and uncomfortable facial ever. When I booked, it said “room x”. When I showed up, I found out it was all reclining chairs that were separated by curtains. How can you call those rooms? It was extremely loud and I could hear conversations in adjacent chairs and at reception clearly the entire time. No bed, no walls, no changing into a towel. I always feel so well taken care of here. On my last visit I tried the sculpt and clear facial, with the azeliac and kojic serum add-on, and it noticibly reduced redness in my skin.
This is such a beautiful space with a warm and friendly atmosphere. I have very reactive skin and was recommended on a previous visit to try the Sculpt and Clear facial. I have had this facial a couple times now and my skin always feels and looks amazing afterwards. I have experienced some very intense sales pitches at competitors during appointments, I have never experienced this at Formula Fig. I greatly appreciate this as I find it difficult to relax when this happens.
