This was my first time getting a facial and it went very well. Sumen was my lovely esthetician. She was very kind and knowledgable, and had my skin feeling hydrated and looking fresh. It was a very relaxing experience.
I really loved going to formula fig because the facials are great. However, the customer service I received made me decide that I will be cancelling my membership. I had a few girls who did my facials they weee great. However, there is a girl who works on Saturdays normally around 4pm who checks you in with dark hair and she gives the meanest attitude to me… I noticed that she never says hi to me and waits till I say I have an appointment….never offers water or anything so I decided to see while waiting if she greets others ... read more

First time getting the All in facial and Shabnam did a fantastic job! She was super knowledgeable and did a great job walking me through all the steps and products she was using. I left feeling very relaxed and with beautiful glowy skin
I had the All Facial and was genuinely surprised by the instant results! I've struggled with breakouts my whole life, and I noticed a difference after just one session. Klaudie was amazing, not only did she work magic on my skin, but she also gave me tons of helpful recommendations on how to maintain the results. I’m already considering their membership!
