Great parts department! Our formula is in Florida, and we haven't had any luck getting help from the dealer there. I called Formula of Missouri and needed a trim piece; the gentleman in the parts department got my email address and sent me a diagram to make sure he understood what part I needed. I called him and gave him the okay, and he ordered it and shipped it to me within a week. Thank you for the excellent service.
Extended warranty company is a joke. Denied a simple claim saying i hit something when in fact the thin chrome cover has no damage. Love our Formula just sad they are associated with a terrible insurance/warranty company. Also please read your contract when buying as the warranty CAN NOT BE CANCELED. Going to look at refinancing to keep all future $$$ away from both.
I have known Mark for 20 years since his days of selling Formula at Glencove. Mark knows Formula boats like no other & is one of the best no pressure sales guys I have ever met!
I don’t often write reviews but if I could give Formula Boats of Missouri 100 stars I would! For six years which is the entire time we owned our boat we docked at Formula. All of the fabulous people who work there were beyond exceptional in their professionalism and customer service.
