I was there today! They are great! There are only a very few hand wash car wash places left and this one is outstanding! Great job! I will spread the word for them far and wide!
This used to be the best car wash in WI when Dave was the owner. I was there a few months ago on a Wednesday morning. Sign outside says it’s ladies day and offered a discount. Also senior discounts. When I get to the register I’m told they no longer offer these discounts, not even for seniors. I asked to speak to the owner and was told he wasn’t there and the young lady refused to give me his number or take mine. They people working there did a half assed job. Formula Auto Wash might not ruin your car's paint. Then again, they might. They ruined mine. I would not recommend Formula Auto Wash to anyone. They did a decent job on the interior detail, but they RUINED my car's paint by leaving soap on it all day and never washing it off. I told the desk attendant and the detailing manager about it right then, and attempted to call the owner several times. My calls were not returned.
