Great fitness centre in Fredericton. Well equipped, friendly and supportive staff, and doesn’t feel crowded or overwhelming. Love the personalized programs which keep me progressing and on track! If you’re new to the fitness journey, give their personal trainers a try - a wonderful way to get started and build confidence! Give them a try - you’ll be glad you did.

Highly recommend formula4fitness! My son started with them over 6 months ago for off season football and has progressed 80% better than last year. He has gained muscle, weight and most of all confidence. I highly recommend any young athlete who is looking for personal growth and off season goals to join the family! Omar and team will make it a reality.
I used to feel shy and insecure about going to the gym, thinking people might judge me. But from day one, I felt welcomed. The trainers on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday especially supported me and corrected my form patiently. This doesn’t feel like a corporate gym where you’re just another member. It feels personal.
