I love how flexible the class schedule is—it’s super easy to just drop in whenever. Plus, the option to work with a trainer is also a bonus. The workouts are the perfect mix of cardio and strength training that I’ve been looking for.
Formula fitness is a great way to start the day!! Anthony is very helpful and friendly and makes everyone feel comfortable when working out.
Formula 3, Hamburg, is a nice place to get in some exercise. I have been a member for a few years now and very much enjoy the classes and the community. The members are very welcoming. The classes with coaches are extra motivating!! You get in and out in 45 minutes and hit cardio, core and strength. The workouts are different every day which keeps things interesting!
Great work out this morning with Anthony at the Hamburg location! High energy and great coaching. I found it motivating and a superb start to my day. We are visiting from out of town and I will visit again.
This was an amazing, full body workout! You don’t need 2 hours at the gym with a concept like this! You can go at your own pace and push yourself when you can. There’s a ton of options for different work outs each time, so the routines are never mundane. Highly recommend giving this a try!
