The staff at formula 3 are always friendly and inviting. They also push you to do more, in a good way! You can ensure you’ll get a good workout in and get stronger !!!
An efficient and intense workout. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. Whether it's cheerleading, providing modifications that are needed, or suggestions to improve one's form they're roaming around the facility touching base with everyone.
Formula 3 is a great way to challenge your strength and determination. Trainers are supportive and encouraging, space is clean and organized. Other members are welcoming. Alex has a great energy and helped us make it to the end of our first Formula 3 workout!!!♀️
Been to soo many gyms. Just returned back to this one... best fitness routine (cardio and strength training), best scheduling /cancelling system. For the $$ so worth it.
