First I did a one-time free trial workout and liked it. Then did a 1-month promotion and noticed that I was feeling stronger with every workout, so I joined. Love it there for so many reasons: You have your own station with your own equipment - no waiting for anything. They have everything - bike, stepper, barbell, dumbbells, medicine ball, ropes, bands, pulley straps. Always very clean because after the workout you wipe down any equipment you used. I joined Formula 3 in East Aurora in April last year after many years of not working out. It has been a god send for me. I feel healthier—much more energy and improved strength, balance and cardiovascular health as evidenced from my blood work and improved BP. The 45 minute classes are just the right amount of time for me and love that they combine both cardio and strengthening exercises. It’s easy to sign up for either instructor led or self led classes on the app. Highly recommend!
The workouts are great and the trainers really make it fun!! Fitvision makes it easy to get a workout in whenever the gym fits into your schedule. The gym is always clean and well stocked with everything you need.
I have just started back after an embarrassingly long time not going to the gym. It's been years now. Busy mom, running kiddos all over. Let me tell you. This place is a godsend. I love it. I walk in anytime from 4am til 10pm. I follow along with the workout right in front of me. I don't have to think. Ever. It's wonderful. Trainers are super nice, and so are the people I've met (and old gym friends!) If you are on the fence and want to do something good for yourself, GO. You won't regret it!
My next workout will be #500 and I have to say that I appreciate the proactive approach that Formula 3 has taken to be up to date on the technology to bring the best experience to each of its customers. The FitVision system has been very convenient to get a workout in pretty much at any time. Keep up the great work!!
