The workouts are great and the trainers really make it fun!! Fitvision makes it easy to get a workout in whenever the gym fits into your schedule. The gym is always clean and well stocked with everything you need.
I have just started back after an embarrassingly long time not going to the gym. It's been years now. Busy mom, running kiddos all over. Let me tell you. This place is a godsend. I love it. I walk in anytime from 4am til 10pm. I follow along with the workout right in front of me. I don't have to think. Ever. It's wonderful. Trainers are super nice, and so are the people I've met (and old gym friends!) If you are on the fence and want to do something good for yourself, GO. You won't regret it!
My next workout will be #500 and I have to say that I appreciate the proactive approach that Formula 3 has taken to be up to date on the technology to bring the best experience to each of its customers. The FitVision system has been very convenient to get a workout in pretty much at any time. Keep up the great work!!
I started going to Formula 3 after a recommendation from a friend. I love how close it is to home, making it easier to get up in the morning to get my workout in. I've never been that much into fitness, but this has been such a great workout routine for me. The workouts target all areas of your body, incorporate cardio, strengthening and stretching, all in under an hour. Tyler and Alex are so friendly and encourage you to do your best, at your own pace. Highly recommend, try a free class and see if it's a good fit for you!
Completing my 1000th visit. I appreciate all of the support from the trainers. The new workouts are fun but still challenge me to improve my strength, core, and balance. Looking forward to another 1000 workouts!
