Best gym ever! The instructors are so knowledgeable and make intense workouts fun. If you like music, running and weights this is the place to be!!
I am so happy I found Formula when I moved to Charlottesville a few months ago! Ann, Jason, and all the instructors have been so welcoming since I first walked in the doors. I love having the option of all the various classes and that the strength workouts are intentional and focused. There’s a purpose behind the exercises with running in mind as well as overall fitness. Also so excited for the newly added mobility classes!
As a 55+ yr old non runner woman, I was a little intimidated when a friend suggested I try the Formula Equilibrium class. 22 min of treadmill - 22 min of strength… I wasn’t even sure I could do it. My friend assured me that it was ok to walk and I wouldn’t be pressured to run. (I hate running). So I took that first class and loved it!!! If you want to get fit fast and enjoy it, you have to try Formula Complete Fitness! I enjoy the equilibrium classes the most which gives me a small burst of cardio and strength in before I start my day!
