Products do not work. Tried returning an unopened box due to the information that was given by the front desk lady informing me that I was able to, and when I called again to check if my refund is on the way a man at the front desk answered and told me something else about how I can’t get my refund after I’ve already taken back the unopened box. All of their products are fantastic. The newest product I was able to try was the curing nectar. The staff recommended it for post care after my Frax treatment and I'm so glad I listened!
