The Signature Series Clock and Thermometer are such beautiful designs. Very classy. I have the clock and thermometer on my 2004 Heritage and the thermometer on my 2020 Road King. Richard's customer service is outstanding.
I purchased a Formation Signature Series black-faced clock for mounting to my yellow 1997 Ducati 900ss over 2 years ago! I recently noticed that the clock seemed to wiggle a bit; and realized it was due to the mounting between the watch back plate and the small cylinder to hold the bolt. I was ready to no longer use the clock; but decided to send an email to Formotion with a very short video of the wiggling. I called less then a week ago about a Harley Davidson handlebar clock not working after having the battery replaced . I have owned this for a few years and thought I would need to replace the movement . I called Formotion products after finding that they furnish these for the HD dealers . I was treated very respectfully as if I had purchased this from them directly, I am more than happy with my HD clock back on my motorcycle . Thank you very kindly .
