I recently had spinal surgery and my surgeon suggested physio to finalise my treatment plan. I was lucky enough to go to and see Lorena at Formotion Joondalup. Lorena has been brilliant giving me guidance as to best treat my issue and get positive results. The excercise plan that Lorena has put in place has got me back to better than I was prior to my operation. I had the pleasure of engaging the services of Lucia Tennant at Formotion Physio. I had issues with my calves due to running. Lucia was adept at understanding the causes of my injuries, what my goals were and how to improve. Lucia was able to teach me new exercises to improve the strength in my legs. I have now been able to settle into a great new routine with no major issues anymore with my legs. I have now been able to achieve my running goals with 3 half-marathons in last 2 months.
