From the moment I made the first phone call through the appointment, my son and I felt seen and heard. The staff were exceptional - kind, compassionate, gentle, and transparent about the entire process. I appreciated the team atmosphere, high tech equipment to scan for sizing, and engaging demeanors of everyone there. We were seen promptly and given plenty of time to ask questions!
