This company is great. From the beginning with a phone call to the company, answered my questions, recommended the correct size cover for my patio table and chairs. The free shipping is great from USPS however a little slower than UPS. Opened the package and was really impressed with the quality, durability, and the utility of the cover. I highly recommend Formosa. I've received my umbrella cover-- very good quality but color was not what I wanted. They processed my return and refund fast. The communications were perfect, really nice people to deal with.
