Quality company and wonderful customer service. We had an unfortunate situation and they helped resolve it quickly and successfully.
Recently we used our Formosa 2 ebike cover during our RV trip from Florida to Louisiana and back. The cover was used on a toad hitch behind a motor coach. The 2 Lectric 3.0 bikes were relatively new, no wear or tear. Upon completion of our trip after driving through rain and rough roads, the bikes looked the same as before we started the trip. Stu went above and beyond to fix a default address glitch in my Shop app to ensure my order will arrive at the proper address. Not having to need it repackaged by my busy daughter is greatly appreciated. The response time was great as well. He even helped reset my default address ! Thank you Stu!
I had a very good experience with Stu from Formsoa covers. I am heading back north with two new bikes with snow and freezing rain in the forecast.
