The swimming program at Beatty Park is great. Meg is incredibly supportive and gives great advice from the deck. I feel she shares in helping me achieve my swimming goals.
Excellent swim exercise program that targets specific muscle groups to improve your efficiency and strength when you swim. The programs are assessed and written by experienced staff that are at your gym sessions to finely tweek your technique if you are not on par.
