solar panel went out after three months and they said it was normal wear. yeah okay.
We had them put panels on our roof a few months ago and the system has gone down twice already with no clear explanation from anyone. Every time I call they put me on hold for twenty minutes and then transfer me to someone who doesn't know anything about our account. How is a solar company supposed to work when their own system can't even stay online.
what a mess. this whole process was frustrating from start to finish with their low quality panels and poor commmunication... i expected the install to be fast AND reliable but ended up with a system that still has issues weeks later. instead of saving money im just dealing with headaches now.
Not worth it... save your money and avoid this place, they messed much EVERYTHING up on our install. went with a different company to fix their mess and it cost extra. Never again.
DO NOT RECOMMEND-- they go AWOL when you need them most. Have been trying for 2+ months to get them to do a repair from a leak and they keep giving me the run around in terms of scheduling. I see a response here 2 weeks ago that they its important and they will be responsive but have not heard from them at all and when I call they either don't pick up or tell me to call back in a few days for the schedule to finalize. Same thing for months
