I don’t live in Brentwood so it’s a little drive for me, but I was in the area and decided to take a lunch class on my day off before heading to the chiropractor. I took a class with Lisa and it was great. She asked about injuries and led a flow that felt challenging but achievable. I was able to modify for my frozen shoulder and get through class feeling strong. forme is an inviting studio for all no matter what level you are at. the classes and special ran make pilates very affordable for all income types. the instructors are very inviting, helpful and understanding. the classes range from being very intimate to small gathering size. even with others in the room, you will always feel like you have the full attention of your instructor. my first class was a blast, my next class was with the same instructor and she remembered my name, that meant so much to me. by my third class we bo... read more

The studio is absolutely wonderful—spotless, inviting, and full of positive energy. Lisa, the instructor, is truly a gem! This was our first class, and she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and provided thoughtful guidance throughout.

I have been a member for about a year now. I LOVE FORME. The vibe is good. The instructors are fantastic. I walk out with jelly legs every time from a perfect workout
