Forme Nantucket is the best place that I've ever done barre! I rarely look forward to working out, but the mornings I am on my way to the Forme studio, I get so excited! I only wish Forme would open a studio in Boston. I can't wait to get back to on island to do barre!

Forme Barre is the very best exercise on the Island hands down! The variety of classes in studio and on the beach cannot be beat and offer strong results! It is the community of highly skilled teachers and participants that make it a very unique experience that touches the soul, mind and body! 12 years and counting at Forme Barre Nantucket and I cannot wait to get back to this happy place!
I have been going to,Forme for years. It is always a great experience as the classes are challenging. always different, and a great workout. I also like that the instructors watch your form and help to make corrections so that you are gaining the greatest benefits from the movements.
