Nobody better when it comes to office equipment in New England!
Equipment and support are both great. I purchased an entry level inserter from them about 18 months ago. I couldn't get it to work correctly. I phoned in and spoke with 2 very knowledgeable U.S.-based support people. Turns out that the envelopes I was using were not "machinable." (I had never used this type of equipment before and was not aware of the specs.) They patiently helped me diagnose the problem.
