I’ve been training at Formation Fitness for a while now, and I absolutely love it! Cindy is a great trainer and the group of girls I train with are fantastic – it’s such a supportive and friendly environment. I really enjoy the camaraderie we share. It’s not just about working out; it’s about having fun and making friends along the way. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to train and have a great time doing it!

I joined formation fitness roughly 20 months ago looking to attend a class once a week having never been consistent with any form of fitness in the past. Fast forward to today and I think I can count on one hand the number of sessions I’ve missed, and have been consistently attending all three weekly classes on offer. Formation Fitness is the best! If I could give 10 stars I would. I’ve not met a better trainer than Sandra and the formation ladies are the most supportive and fun group of women. Sandra made me love exercise and look forward to each training session. Big love!
