Ashley is wonderful. My issues are flare-ups of a long-term condition and I’ve been working with Ashley on resilience, in one-on-one Pilates and what feels like a general recalibration of my nervous system. Her techniques are specific, innovative, and always helpful. Her approach is unfailingly supportive and encouraging.
Ashley is an extremely talented healer, health facilitator, and all around inspiring person to be around. I met her 5 years ago and she got me through a high risk covid pregnancy with pilates by zoom. I've continued to work with her in person and somehow we've never ever done the same workout twice. It was no surprise when she blew me away with her hypnotherapy and multidisciplinary energy work. She's a natural at bringing in the highest of healing vibes and I'm grateful to know her.
Ashley is so amazing and has the best energy! I love doing pilates and hypnotherapy with her- it's been life changing!
I have been going to hypno-therapy for a little over a month and my life has truly changed. It has allowed me to level up in all aspects of my life.
