Updated Review: I am thoroughly impressed with the speed and friendliness of the Format kitchens team after posting a negative review recently following a new home build with Devcon a company Format Kitchens no longer works with. Brad has just come to resolve the handful of issues we were having and he went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure they were fixed, as well and fixing a few issues he spotted himself. UPDATE: 2 weeks since I contacted format kitchens as requested below (via their email address on their website) and yet again no action or even an acknowledge. We have been waiting for close to a year now for Format kitchen to come and fix our new build kitchen built via Devcon building group. We paid extra for soft close that wasn’t done, there are screws coming through cupboard walls, handles falling off, cupboard doors not shutting properly. We have been waiting for close to a year now for Format kitchen to come and fix our new build kitchen built via Devcon building group. We paid extra for soft close that wasn’t done, there are screws coming through cupboard walls, handles falling off, cupboard doors not shutting properly. Such a disappointing and unprofessional experience from both providers. We have sent over 30 emails and phone calls. Yet to even be acknowledged by either party.
