Bought my first car from here, there was a lot of hidden fees that were tacked onto the OTD price that were not listed in the advertisement, when I called them out on it, they added the fees onto the ad online the same day. I was also told by their salesman that the bank required me to take their extended warranty and gap insurance otherwise I would not be approved for the better interest rate. I called the bank that I was financing from and they told me that they don't require anything like that. This is called tied selling... read more
The ladies in the service department have been great but the attitude and ego of the male I talked to is appalling. Get off your high horse. I have had my vehicle back there with the same issue multiple times. It has cost me a ridiculous amount of money renting vehicles only to find out my vehicle still hasn't been fixed properly. Start listening to the customer. Unfortunately I'm losing faith that my vehicle will be taken care of
Would recommend this dealership for service any day. Friendly and super knowledgeable staff, great prices and they accommodate us when we were in a pinch!
