The ladies in the service department have been great but the attitude and ego of the male I talked to is appalling. Get off your high horse. I have had my vehicle back there with the same issue multiple times. It has cost me a ridiculous amount of money renting vehicles only to find out my vehicle still hasn't been fixed properly. Start listening to the customer. Unfortunately I'm losing faith that my vehicle will be taken care of
Would recommend this dealership for service any day. Friendly and super knowledgeable staff, great prices and they accommodate us when we were in a pinch!
Quality Services, no mater the issue, fair prices for any repairs or maintenance I need, and staff are always easy to deal with.
Terrible experiences. Awful customer service. Was treated poorly and unfair. Unfortunately, I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again or have any service or repairs done there. Nothing short of crooks trying to take advantage of customers who they think are not knowledgable of vehicles. Save your time and money! Highly inflated vehicle prices do your research and stay away!
