Sales guy was easy and upfront over email. He sent me quote and I agreed to the price because I wanted a specific color. Then he emails me back and tells me the car is sold already. I phone the dealership and they give me the run around but the car is not actually sold. Finally the sales guy tells me his manager wont let him sell the car to me because I live in Winnipeg. Do NOT recommend this dealership. After I paid a deposit for a specific vehicle, I was later informed that the car had been sold to someone else. The explanation given was that there are multiple salespeople and management could not confirm who sold the vehicle. This raised serious concerns about inventory control and internal management. The only options offered to me were: • waiting until February 2026 for a future model year vehicle, or • purchasing a more expensive model instead.
