Sent my husband in with my CRV for a safety recall this morning. He was most impressed with the entire experience there - friendly staff, prompt service, clean and comfortable waiting area with coffee, water etc. Five stars for sure
Brendan was such an amazing staff. Bought a 2026 honda hrv couple weeks ago, he gave me the best deal, walked me through everything, he did not take advantage of me like other sales person. Was very great with negotiating, and was very pleased with his service. Would highly recommend him as he is very great!

Special thanks to Doug Wiebe, the service representative, for making the entire process smooth and worry-free. Doug was professional, accommodating, and kept me updated throughout the service. I truly appreciated the courtesy car they provided, which made everything so much more convenient. The service was efficient and stress-free — very commendable team and customer care. I have driven all the way from Swan River to Brandon for my appointment at 1. But i was waiting over there for almost 2.5 hrs until they take my car into service. I really had very bad experience here. So what's the meaning for apoiment time than.
