First time dealing with this dealership, and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s clean, bright, and well laid out. The staff are quick to greet and eager to assist.. Darryl in parts was awesome. I was in Brandon for a family thing and when it was time to drive home back to midland ontario i run into a car problem 🙃 and Darryl and the hole team at honda and mazada help me out fast getting a part the next day and put in so i can get going. Thank you 😊
It is almost a month now since we had our Honda Pilot and just like our previous ones, (this is our 3rd one with Forman Honda Brandon) Their service is always extremely exceptional. We met Albert Loewen few years back and since then we are always been taken care of. He would checked on us from time to time and we openly told him our plans of upgrading in the coming years as our family is growing and family is often visiting us from abroad. Forman Honda had wonderful staff, great customer service, and fantastic ambiance made working with a friendly environment simple. We are appreciative of Albert and Dylan's assistance in getting us a new Honda Pilot. They are both incredibly professional, well-informed, and a pleasure to work with.
