Mike turtle is very hard to deal with his customer service level is very low and does not care about customer needs or expectations very disappointed in some of the products I've seen leave the shop quality is a one star
I am leaving this review as a caution to anyone whose vehicle repairs and rental reimbursement are handled through MPI. Forman Collision is an MPI-approved repair shop, but my experience involved poor communication and a lack of transparency. Important information about rental eligibility, repair timelines, and how repair time is calculated was never clearly explained, even though these details directly affected reimbursement.
