Bridal Store in downtown Winchester Formalities is one of the few elegant bridal shops in Winchester. They actually are a pretty small store, but they have a reasonable selection of bridal gowns, flower girl dresses, and other prom type dresses. They have pretty reasonably priced dresses, and a helpful staff. PROS: Good selection, good prices CONS: No high end dresses
all i have to say is i would NEVER buy another dress from this place they are very stuck up, i have gotten screwed from them and i know of other people who have had the same problem.... they will only sell to the people who are planning to spend the most money...... never order anything from them because it will get to you the day before the event (thats after spending the extra money to have it rushed shipped) and they dont know how to size you unless your planning to gain 500 lbs before your special day and then expect you... read more

The staff at formalities is really great. laid back people that really care and want to help you. I bought a beautiful venus wedding dress there! Amy who owns the place with her mom, was awesome. she tottally help me get an idea of what i even liked,she called me for reminders, worked with my budget, was totally there 100%. they keep the place proffesional but relaxed. she even helped me with other wedding questions i had.
