The shuttle took a bit longer than expected to perform its drop of/pick up at kala'i this morning. A trolley tried to go around and parking to avoid blocking in the Kala'i driveway. Instead of just giving a courtesy honk to let the trolley know they are in the way, the driver laid into the horn for a solid 4 seconds. Then the man driving proceeded to flip everyone off as much as they could.
I was referred to Formal Trans for transportation to and from Honolulu for my family. Our driver was beyond friendly and the limo was super clean. Immaculate, actually. Loved giving my business to a locally-owned company as opposed to a larger more corporate-based outfit. Will definitely use you again!
