Service was horrible. The girl that was there asked me what size I was and since I had already tried dresses at another boutique, i told her I was about an 8. She said "oh you're like a 12 or 14 because our dresses run smaller"...lmao. So she showed me a big dress that probably did fit her because she was bigger than me. The guy that was there was on his phone the whole time so he's probably the rude one on all the other bad reviews. Customer service was horrible. The sales person was extremely rude, I was prom dressing for my daughter and she wanted to try on a dress he said no because it wouldn't fit her and she may ruin it... he made my daughter cry.. I will never recommend this store to anyone. He didn't even measure her he just looked at her and said no it's not going to fit you.
HORRIBLE, my mother made a recent comment and now it's time to hear it from me. Yes the dresses are beautiful but I will never ever recommend anyone to go there. I wanted to try on a dress and he said no because I might damage it. Yes I cried, because no should ever be told that. We are all beautiful no matter who we are.
