The Formal Approach shop in Jefferson City, TN is lovely and Rebecca was so considerate and professional! My husband needed to rent a tux for our son’s wedding in December, so we found Formal Approach online and went to the shop. The store was so nice and Rebecca made us feel extremely welcome! She took my husband’s measurements, then brought out several jackets, pants, and a shirt for him to try to be sure the fit was perfect and the selections were to his taste.
