I came into the store (on a Saturday) ased on a recommendation from a friend who had a great experience at the Neward, DE Formal Affairs store. The salesperson Heather was very helpful, I wasn't sure what I needed other than a black tuxedo with tails and she made some great suggestions. Her measurements were right on and she provided excellent service. I had a meeting to go to that Monday so I waited while Heather made some alterations to the jacket sleeves. Horrible experience, would not recommend this place to anyone. Tux for a wedding did not fix even after 2 fitting, color was wrong, tuxes came in day before wedding and still wrong, alterations that were promised never happened. What a disaster.! . Place is extremely dirty with a mold odor. Ower does not care about the customer only the money. Beware!!!!!!!!
Notably good service experience We were not sure what we were getting into, and sort of dreading making tuxedo arrangements for our wedding. Customer service put us at ease and gave us exactly what we were looking for, explaining our options and understood our budget. I highly recommend it!
