I don`t know about the last review but these guys are really good. I just finish a 13 week renovation on my house with them and they came in at the right price, finished the job on time, and to code. My house has never looked better, i`m a happy customer and would actually recommend them to anyone.
I do not recommend doing business with this party, unless you do not care about honesty, integrity, and quality. If you watch HGTV Holmes on Holmes, he would be representative of one of those nightmarish jobs. On his previous work at my house, he claimed to be licensed, but was actually expired. There were vendors and laborers who performed work that he did not pay. He was rarely onsite and never proactively provided status/updates nor initiated contact, unless to solicit more jobs or money.
