I randomly decided to book a massage on a whim after I saw someone on Facebook ask for a recommendation. Ive been dealing with pain and tightness in my back due to an injury on my ankle I sustained last year. When I got to the cute little studio today I felt so cozy & welcomed by Jennifer. I had a great experience at Forma. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Tara was attentive to my needs and focusing on the areas that really needed work. Afterwards I felt refreshed and rejuvenated. I’ll be going back and highly recommend
