I have been doing 1 monthly 1:1 boxing session with Kristie who absolutely smashes me and pushes me to my limits. Then I started with a 2 week trail which helped me make the decision to leave a large gym. Loving the change from training in a big gym now to Forma as it has a great variety of all the things I love- Strength, conditioning, boxing and cycle. The members are friendly and welcoming!
