Forma is amazing - such a friendly and fun atmosphere. The classes are super varied and educational and I always look forward to attending them. If you are ever wondering whether to attend a class or not - just do it! You wont look back 😌

I was introduced to Wes after having my hip resurfaced as a result of many years of running and poor training. I did it initially as rehabilitation but found that the effects were way beyond expectations. I can honestly say I feel much stronger and more flexible than I did 15 years ago. It's fun and it's strangely addictive. All the instructors, especially Wes and Claire are highly professional, attentive and thoroughly nice people. It's a top class gym, very friendly with excellent facilities. A great way to improve flexibility, mobility and strength. I love going there.

With an equal focus on flexibility and body weight focused strength, Forma has enabled me to become stronger, achieve things I could not do before (muscle ups and handstands) whilst remaining injury free for the 18months I have trained here. All of that with a light atmosphere and great community. I love it.
