I’ve been working with Matty as a coach for the last 6 months. I initially reached out to him for strength and mobility work, and then we moved into other areas of life and habit coaching. He’s designed an excellent program for me, and has been responsive to my feedback when we have needed to adjust it. I’m sticking with the program and seeing results, generally a healthier, less niggly version of me. He’s been particularly mindful of time pressures and other commitments as I’m a newish Dad. I recently injured my rotator cuff and have been working with Matt through my rehabilitation. Matt has proactively worked with a great physio to build a program to get me climbing again. Through 30 years of climbing and skiing I have had call to visit many (20+) physio and personal trainers. I can definitely say that Matt is one of the most intuitive guides I have worked with. He listens...he adapts...he motivates. Highly recommended.

Matt's coaching and client centric approach to training and human movement if great. The space is open and inviting and has everything you need! I've thoroughly enjoyed training with Matt knowing how much time he puts into ensuring the best approach and plan for each individual.

Over the past 10 months of so, I've been training with Matt to improve my climbing, particularly around competitions at national level. Been training with Matt for the last year and a bit, to get in good form for a climbing trip around Australia. He did a great tailor-made program for me that has helped me improve lots. Both my climbing and mobility. I've previously have had a hard time training my shoulders. Always felt a bit weak, Matt helped identify a problem not obvious to me during one of our sessions and then put me in the right direction to fix it and made a plan for recovery.
