This company is really the worst I’ve worked for! I did a job for them over a year ago and they kept giving me different numbers to call and figure out my payment, after ignoring my calls and e-mails they reply saying they no longer worked for this company. I lost even more money going to the office to speak with the owner and they always told me to comeback next day. I went at least 15 times and gave up. No wonder why this company is falling apart.
Form Pools took our money we paid in advance for upgrades, took our payment to pour cement last November and has not delivered. They have abandoned our pool installation halfway to completion, will not return calls or emails, and have taken down our access to contract and correspondences with them. Also seeking legal action. They defrauded us by not delivering the paid for in advance services while accepting new customers and renewing their license as of May 2023.
We ordered our swim spa the middle of March 2023. We originally told it would be 6-8 weeks. So we quickly got our electrical and concrete completed. We are now at 15 weeks, and we’re told 3 weeks ago that we would for sure have it by July 4th. Not thinking that’s going to happen. Monday, we were told the spa finally made it to the lot, but additional attempts to communicate have all gone unanswered. When we call we’re sent right to voicemail. It’s as if they know it’s us. Scammers and frauds the owe my families company alot of money. Very dishonest very untrustworthy. Do not work with this company. Chip is a con artist do not work with this company!
They sold us a hot tub but have refused to provide the cover as promised. They are impossible to contact and their store has closed its doors. It's pretty unethical and I've had to buy a cover elsewhere. I'm really regretting purchasing from them. Choose a reputable, established company instead.
