I’ve taken a few really great classes here. The instructors will challenge you, and I like that the moves they use are different from a typical pilates class, so you really have to work extra hard. The equipment is clean and in good shape, everything is well organized, and each station has its own spray bottle and towel to clean up. The studio itself is no-frills, and it can be hard to hear at times when the waiting area gets crowded or a class at the other side of the room is going on.
